In case of purchase from our online store, the first return of the product is always FREE in cooperation with a partner shipping company. Once the return is approved (the items must be in excellent condition and the internal labels must be intact), within 14 days, the company will initiate the return. The time needed for the fund to be returned, depends on the bank with which the customer cooperates. After the procedure, you will be receiving  an e-mail confirming that the amount of the refund will be deposited into your account within a few days. 

 

Orders with a value of products exceeding € 50 are free of charge. The Xperience e-shop works exclusively with ICC Courier and SPEEDEX. Shipping costs for orders below € 50 are as follows:

- 3.99 € within Attica, 6.99 € excluding Attica.

- Shipping outside of Attica 8.61 € and Island Greece 11.07 €.
